We're still taking you out to see glow worms in their natural habitat!
Instead of exploring by kayak, we'll head out on a guided walking adventure and discover a beautiful side of Rotorua. Transport is still included, our amazing team will be there to look after you and guide you on a wonderful night. We are excited to share the glow worm magic with you!

Yes, we're coming! What do we need to do?
Nothing at all.
There's nothing more you need to organise. Unless you've told our team otherwise, we'll be expecting you at the Rotorua Information Centre. Just turn up ready for a magical night!
Where do we meet?
Transport is included. We'll pick you up and drop you off at the Rotorua Information Centre (1167 Fenton Street, Rotorua), just as planned.
What time do we need to be there?
Our team will let you know if there's any change to your departure time. Otherwise, simply arrive at your originally scheduled time.
How long will the experience take?
Allow approximately three hours for your evening adventure, including transport. Plenty of time to get out there and experience the glow worms!
How much walking will we be doing?
The walking tour covers approximately 1km in total, so there's no need to be a seasoned hiker!
But there are some stairs along the way, so you'll need to be comfortable walking up and down steps.
What should we wear?
Dress just as you were planning to, with comfortable walking shoes and warm layers for the evening.
What happens with our refund?
There's nothing you need to organise. Our team will automatically process your refund, which should be back with you within 3–5 business days.
